To All,
“In His hand is the life of every living thing and the breath of all mankind.” These penetrating words were spoken by Job in the midst of great calamity, and they are our reminder in 2015 that the troubling times of this world are no match for our sovereign, benevolent God. God always wins! And therefore, in fact, these are victorious times as God continues to carry out His plan to reach a lost world.
This past year, God revealed a sharpening vision for Encourage to Faith Ministries by bolstering our efforts in two areas: discipling others for Christ, and writing (both books and in social media) to encourage men and women to grow in their faith.
In regard to discipleship, I have had the honor of walking with dedicated men and women who have a strong desire to grow in their faith and to become better husbands, wives, parents and, most importantly, followers of Christ. It is always such an encouragement to me to work with others who hear the call within to “give it all” to God. Our loving Father embraces the surrendered hearts of his children and promises to fill them in return. He never disappoints.
It is a great joy to write of one’s favorite subject. And I’m grateful beyond measure that God is increasing E2F’s influence with the weekly blog of encouragements. Just this month E2F hired a social media firm to fill growing demand and facilitate an increased writing schedule so as to touch the lives of more and more people for our Lord. To that end, I’m excited to announce that I am well underway in the writing of my first book, focusing on the journey into God’s heart. Please keep a lookout in the coming months for the book’s release. My hope is that it will be the first of many and that it will encourage you on your journey of faith.
