Encourage to Faith
Workplace Chaplaincy
Serving organizations by showing God’s love in the workplace
Most firms considering ministry partners to serve their companies already care deeply for the well-being of their employees. They recognize these people are valuable individuals, made in God’s image, who are key members of the company team. Ministering to their emotional and spiritual needs fosters a healthier, happier work environment. They are part of the work family.
For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.
Eph 2:10

Caring for Your People
Caring for people is the overarching service we provide. This may seem obvious, but it is worth stating because it is at the heart of what we do. Our goal is to provide individuals with the opportunity to share and dialogue about what is on their hearts and minds, all in a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental environment. We believe that our job is to love and genuinely care for the person, and that God, in His timing, will bring about meaningful change.
Meeting with Individuals
This is done one-on-one, on-site, and on a regular basis, usually every other week. Meeting on a regular basis allows us to get to know each of the employees and fosters relational trust. Typically on our visits, we walk through the office, or find a comfortable alcove designated by you, and otherwise make ourselves available to any individuals who would like to meet. Their participation is voluntary. Typical topics of conversation include faith, family, relationships, life events, health and wellness, prayer needs, or any other topic important to your employees.
The duration of a meeting with any given employee is usually for fifteen minutes or less. However, we are always available to schedule more time with those individuals who have more pressing concerns. Follow-up meetings, emails, and phone communications are common. Our motto is “Whatever it takes and however God leads.”
If you have remote or work-from-home employees, we are also available to meet via Zoom with those individuals.
Praying for Your Company and Team Members
We pray frequently and consistently for your company and each of the employees, and for the concerns that are near and dear to their hearts. We are not intrusive about this, but simply let them know we are available to pray with them, or for them, should they have such a need. Taking prayer requests is a routine part of our service.
Record Keeping and Reporting
We provide you with a monthly report. We keep an on-going logbook of our activities, including the dates and times we were on-site, the number of people we met with on each visit, and the general nature of the conversations held. Every six months we meet with you to provide a report that gives an overview and general sense of how the employees are faring in the various areas of their lives. This report is a valuable tool that allows you to make mid-course adjustments to improve the overall well-being and direction of the workplace. It is our policy to honor a standard of complete confidentiality. In order to protect the privacy of the employees, no specific names, personal details, or personal information are given in the report.
Outsourcing
We have hands-on experience ministering and encouraging people in the workplace and in their faith. This is our full-time calling. Nevertheless, in certain instances, issues and concerns beyond the scope of our services arise (mental health issues, substance dependency, etc.). We are blessed with a complementary connection to a talented group of professionally trained and licensed Christian counselors. Together they have formed a full-service practice specializing in a wide range of counseling disciplines. In some circumstances, we may suggest referrals to these entities. The names of the institution and individual counselors we utilize as referral resources are available upon request.
Schedule
We make a personal visit to your office every two weeks (weekly, if preferred). This frequency leads to consistent opportunities to interact with your employees, while still allowing necessary time for each of us to process and/or pray through any matters pertaining to the previous visit. In addition, we are always on-call either to meet, or for email and phone communications.
Other Services
Other Services
In addition to the above chaplaincy services, Encourage to Faith Ministries offers other ways to bolster the workplace environment. These include organizing and/or facilitating employee roundtables, team-building in the workplace, book and Bible studies, and company retreats.
Zoom Option for Remote Employees
We have certainly seen a big increase in people working from home in the last several years, and we believe they need access to a chaplain too! We provide our services via Zoom to your remote employees.
Cost Structure
We believe in providing excellent Workplace Chaplaincy services at a great value to companies of all sizes. Ultimately, these services are an investment in your people and for most companies costs far less annually than does the turnover, on-boarding, and burnout of valuable employees.
Cost Structure
We visit you on site twice each month. The cost to you is based on a sliding scale depending on the number of employees.
1-20 employees: $30 per employee per month
21 or more employees: $25 per employee per month
Fees are per employee per month, regardless of how many are available to meet in any particular week. As an example, for a firm with 10 employees, the total cost would be $300/month. A firm with 30 employees would pay $750/month.
