Encourage to Faith is a Christian ministry, and our approach to caring for people is shaped by biblical principles and a Christian understanding of life, relationships, purpose, and hope.
At the same time, workplace care is offered with respect for each person's beliefs and circumstances. Employees do not have to share our Christian faith to have someone listen, care, encourage, and walk alongside them.
When an employee wants to talk about faith or spiritual matters, those conversations can naturally become part of the relationship.
Workplace care works because relationships are built over time.

Employees have access to someone who gets to know them, remembers what they are walking through, follows up, and becomes a trusted presence during both ordinary life and difficult seasons.

Conversations are personal and confidential, allowing employees to talk openly outside the normal management structure of the company.
Flexible workplace care
Workplace care can be provided remotely through regular or as-needed video conversations, allowing employees to connect privately from wherever they are. Encourage to Faith also maintains select on-site workplace relationships where personal presence is a good fit for the organization and location.
